All made to measure orders are specific to you and are Strictly Non Refundable. Please ensure that the sizes and colours chosen are correct at the time of placing your order as the production begins within 24/48 hours of receiving your order.

Any order specifically brought in for you are Strictly Non Refundable. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct size, colour & style as your order is placed with our suppliers within 24/48 hours of receiving your order.

Please return anything you’re not happy within 14 days from the day you receive the order. We request that you immediately notify us with 24/48 hours of your desire to return your purchase. Please outline the reason for the return as we would like to assist you further.

Conditions: 

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached to be in a returnable condition. We will not accept any items that are customised or personalised, made to measure or brought in specifically for you. This directly refers to the Presley Blue Multiway Dress Range as each dress is made to order, or any other Dress Range that is made to measure.
• Where possible, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must also be returned as they are considered part of the product.
• If its a size issue please feel free to call or email us.
• Once your order has been received by our warehouse and complies with our Returns Policy, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
