The term Presley Blue Boutique, Presley Blue Infinity Collection, “our” ‘us ’or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the Website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our Website. By accessing this Website, you agree to comply with and are bound by these Terms of Use, which together with our privacy policy govern Presley Blue Boutique, Presley Blue Infinity Collection (“Presley Blue”) relationship with you in relation to this Website. Unauthorized use of this Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/ or be a criminal offence. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions , please do not use this Website.

Please be aware that as you visit and navigate this Website your use of our site is subject to applicable laws governing ownership and use of intellectual property, including our trademarks and copyrights.

ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We try to provide complete, accurate information on our Website. Unfortunately, despite our efforts human or technological errors may occur. Neither any third parties nor we provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. The content of the pages of this Website is for your general information and use only. We shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from the use of this Website or the products purchased from this Website. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

ORDERS
We must receive full payment for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments can be made using credit card or debit card.

In relation to all made-to-order, multiway dresses, accessories, sale items and items specifically sourced and ordered for you, all sales are final and there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Please allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery upon full payment on made to measure orders. Any delays outside this timeframe will be notified to you and are beyond our control. Due to world events delays may be experienced from time to time.

We recommend you order  at least five months before the wedding date. As all Multiway Dress orders are made to measure, please ensure that the correct size and colour have been chosen as there are strictly No Returns.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order within 48 hours, we will only refund you your original amount minus any bank fees that we have incurred. You have 48 hours to notify us of any changes to your order. Once we receive your order production commences within 48 Hours. If production has started, then we are not in a position to issue a refund. Please give us a call to see if the order has been put into production.

Shipping:

Please note, when shipping to an apartment building or residential home please ensure there is someone to sign for the package. If there is no one there to sign you must request for a signature required which could be an additional fee. If you provide us an address that is not secure you are responsible for any losses or damages once the package leaves our possession.

Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the restrictions contained on the Website. All purchases from the Website are made pursuant to the terms and conditions found on the Website. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/ or lost shipments.

Please note for countries outside the EU, your country might charge you import duties and other costs. We are not responsible for these costs.

Rush Orders:

We can provide rush orders for 4 weeks or less depending on our production schedule. There will be an additional fee for rush orders.

Dye Lots:

All of our dresses are made to order to ensure they are all cut from the same dye-lot when purchased together. If dresses are purchased at separate times, we cannot guarantee the dresses will be cut from the same dye-lot. Also, when viewing the dresses online there may be variations in the colour based on your monitor.

RETURNS Policy

All made to order dresses, Orders specifically sourced for you, SALE items, jewellery, shoes, cosmetics, and accessories are strictly nonrefundable.

In-stock items are refundable without quibble within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us at presleyblue.ie@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt to notify us of the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with hangtag (s) still intact.

Please note for countries outside the EU, your country might charge you import duties and other costs. We are not responsible for these costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Any item purchased with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) if you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Presley Blue Boutique, A45 XH61 Ireland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50 /€50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Website meet your specific requirements.
